Kenosha C. Perry Allen, MBA, is a New Orleans native with over 20 years of professional accounting and tax experience serving individuals, families, and small businesses. Raised in both the Uptown and Lower areas of New Orleans, she brings a deep understanding of the diverse financial needs within the local community.

Kenosha earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern University of New Orleans and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern University and A&M College, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She has served the City of New Orleans as an accountant for 15+ years.  She currently serves as an accountant for the federal government, in addition to leading Precious Virtues Tax Prep & Accounting Services LLC.

Her background includes extensive experience in individual and small business tax preparation, government accounting, and financial compliance. Kenosha is also a proud member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and Beta Sigma Theta, reflecting her commitment to sisterhood, scholarship, service, finer womanhood and ethical leadership.

As a wife and mother of two, and an active member of St. Joseph Missionary Baptist Church, Kenosha approaches her work with integrity, precision, and compassion—values that guide every client relationship.
